We are looking for a dual speaker for our Asian business unit to join our team and grow as we strengthen our center of excellence.
About the mahi
We’re looking out for a proactive professional to join our team where your expertise as an administrative professional will support our Account Executives and Account Managers.
Ideally you will have experience from within the industry that you can bring with you to this role, otherwise you will siting an experienced team where you will be able to grow and develop from their experience.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Responding to client enquiries
Document preparation
Client renewal paperwork
Premium negotiations
Policy and new business submissions
Liaise with Aon Claim team and Private team

Skills and experience that will lead to success
The ability to deliver high standards of quality client service.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
An eye for detail
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
Competency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Positive attitude and drive to succeed.
Ability to fluently speak Mandarin/Cantonese/English
Ideally, experiences in handing insurance claims and domestic policies would be advantageous.
