Day-to-day, under the direction and support of the client service lead and agency director you will play an intricate role in the management of one large client leading all key projects. You will be savvy, with a solid career history of agency client service and the ability to tackle a variety of diverse projects. You’ll also be a natural-born leader, able to stimulate collaborative team efforts internally and have excellent and clear communications with the client and their key stakeholders. Overall you will be responsible for owning the clients projects, there roadmaps, developing timelines, consumer insights, briefs, assisted internal resource planning, and ownership of job cost reporting. In this senior contract role, there is a strong emphasis for strong presentational skills which will come in handy when running client meetings and pitching new ideas. The role requires an agile individual driven by project completion; a true team player who enjoys seeing the results of hard work and delivering successful projects to market.
