The role As our Account Executive and core member of our B2B sales team, this role will be integral to driving and supporting all adviser and wholesale sales activity. This is a great opportunity to influence Kernel's sales strategy, with plenty of room to grow as we look to expand the team in coming year(s). The role is office-based (with hybrid flexibility available) and will be primarily non-travelling. This role will be reporting to the Head of Marketing & Strategy. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting our sales leads (our CE and Head of Marketing & Strategy), in driving new business revenue and customer acquisition for our adviser/wholesale segment Be an administration and coordination wizard; organising meetings and post-meeting follow ups, travel for our sales leads, diary management, updating our CRM/sales pipeline (Hubspot) Field in-bound email enquiries and calls for our adviser/wholesale segment Writing communications for the adviser/wholesale segment, with input from the marketing & investment team. This includes monthly updates, thought-leadership emails, and blogs Management of website content (blogs and webpage) and online resources for this segment Working closely with our Events Manager to deliver great adviser/wholesale events Some office management duties; ordering supplies, being the go-to for our team, dealing with external suppliers Requirements: You will have the confidence to communicate and engage with key relationships; financial advisers, wholesale clients and high net worth clients Success in a fast-paced role, in any industry, fintech or financial services a bonus Experience in a customer-facing role, B2B or B2C sales a bonus Great writing and communication skills Some financial services knowledge is hugely beneficial You'll be a great fit at Kernel if you are: Able to thrive in a fast-paced, varied environment, whilst remaining calm under pressure A thoughtful, kind and empathetic person A team player, who lends a hand when and where needed Someone who is goal-orientated, and outcome focused So, what's in it for you?
