Description

This is a part-time Customer Account Executive role representing Terra Sancta and other esteemed brands, located in Queenstown, Otago. As a key member of the Sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our customer base. This role will be responsible for all channels in Queenstown, Wanaka, Tekapo, Twizel, Te Anau, Alex, and Clyde. What you'll be doing Maintaining and strengthening relationships with current customers through regular communication and exceptional customer service. Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities by prospecting, cold-calling, and networking to expand our customer portfolio. Developing tailored sales proposals and presentations to meet the unique needs of individual customers. Collaborating with the wider team to ensure customers receive a seamless and consistent experience. Providing valuable feedback and insights to improve our products, services, and sales strategies. Accurately tracking and reporting on sales activities and pipeline. What we're looking for Proven track record of success in an account management or relationship-focused sales role, ideally within the wine or beverage industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to effectively handle customer requests and concerns. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools. Passion for the wine industry and a deep understanding of wine regions, varietals, and trends. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
