The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
Responsibilities
Effectively and efficiently converting warm inbound leads into new customers;
Building and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of existing customers;
Acting as the single point of contact for customer queries via phone and email;
Maintain database with accurate and current customer and prospect information;
Experience in managing and delivering KPIs in line with company objectives;
Excellent spoken and written communication skills;
Detail oriented with strong follow-up skills;
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Minimum Requirements
FH or university degree in business management, economics and/or Marketing or other relevant education(s);
