The right person for this role will have a collaborative mindset, great organisation, a keen eye for detail and be quick on their feet. You will have plenty of drive and ambition, be able to manage a varied role, and be keen for the opportunity to grow your project management and client service skills, and build an understanding of the operational and commercial aspects of the business with the support of senior client service team mentors. You will have a strong foundation of client service experience in the creative sector or a parallel industry, and have a bunch of transferable skills to bring to the table. You will be enthusiastic and open-minded, and hungry to learn and grow. You will have fantastic attention to detail and command of written and spoken English, a can-do attitude and be happy mucking in where needed. You will be a capable problem solver who has a knack for multitasking and keeping a cool head. Last but definitely not least, you will be a positive and outgoing personality who is a natural at client service and loves working as part of a team.
