About the Role: This is a broad and busy role that will see you working across the end to end accounting function for a number of large commercial properties. Some of your duties will include:Profit & loss/balance sheet management and reconciliations, analysis, and insights Preparing monthly and annual financial statements Forecasting and budgeting Preparing GST, FBT and income tax returns Maintaining fixed asset register and calculating depreciation Liaising with external auditors About You: It is likely that you will hold an undergraduate degree in Commerce and will have either completed or be looking to complete your CA / CPA qualifications (support is available here). You will have experience working in a broad, end to end accounting role, you will enjoy working with systems and be able to build relationships with a range of stakeholders across the different properties that you will be looking after.
