Our client based in the super handy location of Wairau Valley is looking to hand over the reins of Accounts Payable/Receivable to our next superstar.
This is potentially a part time role of 30 hours per week and you will need to be able to jump into this role with both feet; a big smile and great attitude.
A proven work history of the below will need to be reflected in your CV as well as providing us with at least one contactable reference.
Administration Processing of weekly timesheets to payroll.
Other general finance admin as required.
Accounts Receivable Generate and distribute month end invoices.
Maintain all invoice and claim records.
Follow up with outstanding debtors as required.
Processing of invoices in Xero.
Co-ordinate new client establishment credit.
Process cash sale payments.
Accounts Payable Follow up on outstanding invoice payments.
Vendor maintenance, update bank accounts, GL codes etc.
General Other general duties as requested by management.
