This role will be responsible for leading the Activities department, inclusive of 5 operational specialist teams, in health & safety, guest service and operational excellence.We’re looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and safety conscious leader who understands the dynamic nature of the business. We’re looking for someone who has ability and experience to provide leadership in a professional, cohesive, and caring manner to create a culture where the team feel they are winning, belong and are empowered to be part of our vision. The perfect candidate will bring their experience in leading large operational customer focused teams excellent communication and problem-solving skills strong business knowledge and budget management experience positive and fun attitude!
