What will you do?
As an Admin Coordinator at Fantail, you will be a key figure in our office. You are responsible for learning our back-office support processes to then lead by example to undertake efficient admin coordination. You will be able to work unsupervised and are responsible for:
Carrying out our staff onboarding and exiting process
Coordinating and organising our Companywide toolboxes, functions and events
Back up support for our marketing team
Coordinating tasks with our I. T and comms providers
Asset management of our vehicles, phones, computers, company tools tracking, etc.
Coordinating travel and accommodation for team members
Housekeeping tasks
Monthly reporting of tasks
Being a team player & meeting deadlines

A starting salary in the range of $55k – $75k per annum (depending on your knowledge & experience). This is hours per week
Mobile phone and data plan for NZ use
laptop, desk with access and training on our back-office systems and processes
Meal reimbursement if working on the weekend
Twice a year a One-on-one progress check-in review with your manager. Including annual pay review
Excellent secondary benefits include:
Paid birthday working day off and a gift
At 5 years' continuous employment, an additional $2,300 is added to your base salary.
At 10 years' continuous employment, additional 3 days annual leave and an additional sick leave entitlement
At 15 years' continuous employment a $2,000 gross one-off bonus will be paid + a one-off annual leave grant of 10 working days

Xero – basic level accounting software use
Microsoft Word and Excel – Intermediate
Demonstrated experience with being a driven, efficient team player
Excellent communication and social skills, comfortable engaging with suppliers and clients.
Ability to represent the business professionally, demonstrating confidence, credibility, and strong interpersonal skills
A customer first focus, are highly communicative & positively critical
