Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (New Zealand) Ltd Auckland CBD, Auckland Office Management (Administration & Office Support) Reports to : Head of HR & Administration Department Location : Auckland CBD Job Summary Administration Manager will be responsible for efficient administration support to the Board, Management and staff through day-to-day operations and coordinating in all daily administrative activities. Key Responsibilities, but not limited to: Organise Board meetings, sub-committee meetings and Management meetings, and record meeting minutes. Provide secretary support to the Board and Management. Draft high quality reports and documents in English and Mandarin. Support Board and Management for functions, travel and events. Support Head of HR & Administration to develop, implement and review Governance policies and procedures in an ongoing basis in line with local (New Zealand) regulatory requirements and ICBC's Group requirements. Office administrations, functions, health & Safety, activities and archive management. Support Head of HR & Admin to be responsible for general administration of the bank, including annual Public Relations (PR) & marketing planning and implementation for the bank. Operational Support- documentation of records, communications and translation. Managing budget, making payments for admin related functions. Support HR team as required. Adhere to the bank's policies and procedures at all times. Any other tasks assigned by the department or the bank. Qualifications and Requirements: University graduate or above; Proficiency in both written & verbal English; Responsible, diligent, initiative, attention to detail and a quick learner; Personable, service-oriented and team player; Proven corporate governance working experience preferred; Proven good record in Board & Management support and office administration works are preferred; Fluency in both English and Mandarin. Has eligibility to work in New Zealand. Please note this is an one-year fixed term role to cover a period of maternity leave.
