Te Whiwhinga mahi  | The opportunity 

As an Adjudication Administrator you will provide an efficient range of case management and administrative services to support the Adjudication Team.

Utilising your excellent customer service and relationship management skills you will professionally respond and resolve customer queries and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to maximise the team's delivery of services.

You will:

Monitor and manage service levels for activities and processes initiated through the customer communication channels; Share Point, CRM and email workflows for the team Manage sensitive and important issues ensuring escalation to relevant personnel as necessary Coordinate and produce ad hoc reports as required Identify and recommend opportunities for process and system improvements in order to improve operational performance and better meet the needs of customers

Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?

Ideally you will have a minimum 3 years' experience in the provision of administration and support, preferably in a customer service environment. You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, with experience using databases and management systems, SAP Share Point and CRM.

You'll have:

Sound written and oral communication skills Be highly organised, with the ability to plan and priorities work Have great accuracy and attention to detail Experience in the coordination and production of ad hoc reports
