As an Adjudication Administrator you will provide an efficient range of case management and administrative services to support the Adjudication Team.
Utilising your excellent customer service and relationship management skills you will professionally respond and resolve customer queries and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to maximise the team's delivery of services.

Ideally you will have a minimum 3 years' experience in the provision of administration and support, preferably in a customer service environment. You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, with experience using databases and management systems, SAP Share Point and CRM.
