Only Mole Map’s proven system combines head-to-toe skin mapping by trained Melanographers with expert diagnosis of any suspicious moles by specialist Dermatologists, and accurate and timely clinical treatment by specialist GP's.

About the Role
We’re looking for amazing people to join our customer care team! You will be doing a mix of taking inbound calls from patients, outbound calling to arrange follow up appointments and assisting our existing Customer Care Admin Team with additional customer service tasks.
This is a very exciting opportunity to join Mole Map as we enter a transitionary period of growth and continue to implement innovative solutions to provide an exceptional patient experience. You will be working side-by-side with our existing customer service staff who will support you every step of the way.
We need casual team members to fill shifts to cover our contact centre opening hours of 8am - 7:30pm, Monday to Friday.
What you need:
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre environment
Excellent listening skills and an ability to empathise
Ability to think on your feet and use your initiative
Great attention to detail
Amazing written and verbal communication skills
To be computer literate i.e., competent with using the Microsoft Office suite
Strong administration and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at a time
A positive mindset and passion for customer service
Be the ultimate team player
About the Team
When our customers book with us, it's the customer care team that makes sure they have all of the important information about what to expect. Once they have had their Mole Map, it's the customer care team that co-ordinates between the customer, the Melanographer and the Dermatologist. When there is a diagnosis, it's the customer care team that makes sure their report gets to them quickly, is accurate and informative about the appropriate next steps they need to take.
About You
The following personal attributes will see you stand out from everyone else:
Proven experience working in an in-house call centre will be highly regarded.
Experience using 8x8 call centre program and the Teams and Office 365 environment.
Reliable, with strong work ethic and a reluctance to let the team down.
Positive, open and growth-minded
Warm, articulate and able to use previous experience to get up to speed quickly.
