Responsibilities
• Welcome and acknowledge guests and their requests / service needs.
• Answer, record and process all guest calls, questions, enquiries or concerns and ensure to follow up.
• Process all guest check-ins, check-outs and any other change of room requirement.
• Maintain an excellent level of customer service.
• Secure payment and verify / adjust billing for guests.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room status and guest concerns.
• Run and check daily reports, contingency lists and credit card authorization reports.
• Arrange transportation for all guests / visitors.
• Count and secure cash float at beginning and end of every shift.
Requirements
• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
• Flexibility to work all shifts including weekends.
• Great communication and organizational skills.
• Full NZ driving license an advantage.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Opera experience is preferred.
