He korero mo te turanga - The role Visionwest Home Healthcare is looking for an Individualised Funding Coach to join their Home Healthcare team. As an established provider of home healthcare in New Zealand, our aim is to provide a range of services that help our clients to live as independently as possible in their own homes. Managing the complete end-to-end Individualised Funding (IF) process. Maintaining effective relationships with external funders, referral agencies and whanau. Preparing reports and ensuring all of our funding processes meet audit requirements. Ka whiwhi koe - You will receive: Ongoing support for your professional development Work in a cohesive and supportive team environment Help make a real difference in the community Job security and certainty of hours Me whiwhi Koe - You will need: A background working in the health, disability, education or social services sector.
