We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in an important business function to keep operations running smoothly across our commercial sectors. You will liaise with the sales team and customers as well as scheduling both waged and contracted installers to complete jobs on time.
We service our customers with the entire range of curtains, blinds and shutters so we have the perfect solution to suit any home. We utilise our design expertise and exclusive product range to be able to offer our customers the best products and service nationwide.
You will be in charge of making sure our projects are completed on time and to excellent standard through strong communication with the customer and relevant internal teams. You will have excellent time management and organisational skills to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the installation of all customer orders received from the sales team
Act for and on behalf of our customers to ensure a speedy resolution on all product and installation issues
Maintaining appropriate databases
Set, monitor and review installers work schedule to ensure a quality and timely installation
Support the warehouse and installation teams
Support the sales team with updates on their customer orders and installation dates
Maintain a record of all remedial work
Deliver frequent work in progress updates
You'll be personable and professional with a knack for clear and concise communication. You’ll be an adept planner, an experienced multi-tasker used to problem solving and being able to think on your feet. The successful candidate will join an energetic team that works hard but also knows how to have a laugh.
