The Opportunity The Response & Quality Coordinator provides telephone support to Enlivens home and community Support Workers to ensure a consistent & prompt response to urgent queries, adverse events, incidents, accidents and changes in clients health conditions.
The role also participates in quality improvement processes and other activities within the clinical Service Coordination Team.
There is an opportunity for flexibility around hours, the scheduled days and also job sharing.
Your Skills and Experience A NZ Registered Nurse with a current practicing certificate Well-developed clinical assessment and documentation skills A calm and clear communicator A knowledge of Health & Safety processes.
High competency and speed in relevant Microsoft Office applications Previous New Zealand nursing experience in home and community, General Practice, residential care or hospital settings.
