The Role Our Third Party Reproduction (TPR) team is a special group of people who assist patients who require extra help to help bring their dreams of a child closer to reality via donor sperm, donor egg, donor embryo, or surrogate. This TPR Coordinator role will focus on Donor Egg, Donor Embryo, and International Shipping portion of the business. This role is permanent, full time 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with some flexibility in day start and end times. This is an this is an on-site position at our Auckland group office. Key responsibilities Manage the donor egg and recipient case load, coordinating the programme start to finish Contribute to and provide feedback on the donor egg and embryo processes and data analysis Provide timely, clear and respectful communication with internal (clinical team) and external stakeholders (donors, recipients)Drive growth in the donor programme Provide documentation to update or inform various stakeholders as needed Support the wider TPR team through cross-training, initiative, and training others Maintain a robust and accurate database; analyse and report on data Own the international shipping process Maintain the highest level of data privacy at all times. Ideal candidate, skills and experience Able to work effectively independently in the role, whilst happy and able to contribute to the overall success of the team Demonstrate maturity and be diplomatic in nature; able to handle sometimes complex and challenging situations Able and interested to learn new software systems Demonstrated ability to maintain a robust data system, and extract information for reporting Personable, sympathetic, positive and able to build positive professional relationships A background in science and/or administration will be seen favourably If you’d like to influence the patient experience, where people often become parents, please get in touch.
