Office Management (Administration & Office Support) We are a professional training provider specialising in light and heavy commercial vehicles and some associated industry plant and equipment.

We support the transport industry and TR customers with courses, coaching and services designed to deliver safety, compliance, and reduced vehicle operating costs.

We are looking for a passionate and capable individual who has strong people and process management skills with a passion for world-class administration.

This role is responsible for the everyday running, quality management and process improvement of the operational admin side of the business including leading a team of five.

Our Training Operations team have two primary roles: To make booking training easy, while understanding the complexities of legal compliance or unit standards as straight forward as possible for our customers To support our trainers to deliver exceptional outcomes to customers.

This role leads our Training Operations team who are responsible for maximising the utilisation of our trainers which includes; scheduling, course bookings, supplying required training resources and anticipating the needs of our trainers and customers.

As the person to lead this team, its important you can also muck in and do the job, so that you are able to offer advice, efficiencies and support where you can.

The Training and Operations Coordinator manager also has an overarching view of the revenue of our branches, the efficiencies of our scheduling and how we are utilising our trainers to maximum impact for the business.

As a true Training and Operations Coordinator manager, you will have a finger in every pie and an eye out for business improvement.

You will also work in with our Regional Managers to collaborate on executing plans, ensuring training material is current and that both the trainers and the training operations team are on the same page and working well together.

Key responsibilities of the role: Lead the Administration team (five people) - thoroughly understanding their role, and muck in to the every day.

Customer focus – our customers don't always know what they are looking for, the training and operations team intuitively work to understand their needs and use your understanding of our product range to ensure we meet and exceed it.

Course management - The Operations Manager is responsible for the overview of our course schedule, and trainee bookings so we optimise our schedules.

Maintaining high standards – As the leader of the team you are responsible for ensuring our standards are met regarding turnaround time, customer service levels, effective scheduling and strategic planning to enhance our service where we can.

Responsibility for ensuring our trainers are notified of any expiry or renewal requirements of qualifications / certifications necessary for them to do their job.

General responsibilities: Be a system and web page expert – projects will come your way to improve these.

Be able to step in and help your team out in scheduling and planning our courses where needed.

Help to develop your team professionally and personally through strong leadership and reviews.

Project work as required.

Invoice management and P&L general understanding.
