Te aheinga mahi | The opportunity We have two exciting opportunities as a Maori Health Services Advisor in Te Rangapu Hauora Maori.

You will be responsible for supporting the Rongoa Maori operational team to deliver services that will help ACC to better deliver on Maori kiritaki/clients, whanau and hapori needs.

This role focuses on supporting a team to deliver and improve Maori health outcomes through Rongoa Maori Some of the important mahi you will be involved in:* Provide ACC business units and teams with appropriate Maori Health knowledge for the development of health services offered to Maori.* Engaging with and supporting our providers to understand equity issues that exist for Maori within ACC and supporting them to evolve their service offerings to include Maori health choices, and improved kaupapa Maori services.* Engaging and working with Rongoa Maori practitioners.* Working with a team of people to solve complex problems.* Support the implementation of Maori health and kaupapa Maori services across the organisation.* As our operational subject matter expert, you will support the wider organisation in relation to Maori health services.

He korero mou ake | About you* Relevant experience and knowledge in Client Recovery in Maori Health.* Comfortable learning new things and taking on tasks to get the mahi done.* Similar and relevant experience in Maori Health.* Experience or knowledge of whanau-centred approaches, programmes, and delivery.* Good knowledge of te reo Maori and tikanga with a deep understanding of Maori culture and values.* Strong stakeholder management, with demonstrated experience influencing decisions with continuous improvement approaches.* Strong administrative and communication skills including verbal and written.* The ability to connect with your wider whanau, iwi and communities.* A lived experience and passion to improve Maori Health outcomes.
