Te Taiwhenua o Heretaunga (TTo H) is seeking a committed Teen Parent Coordinator to join our kaupapa Māori, whānau‑centred team. In this role, you’ll walk alongside vulnerable teen parents, to help them build confidence, connect to services, stay engaged in education, and create strong, resilient futures for their tamariki.

What you’ll do Support Teen Parents and their whānau to access wellbeing, education, and social services
Build strong, trusting relationships that keep Rangatahi engaged
Maintain a caseload and meet reporting and service delivery milestones
Work collaboratively in a culturally safe, integrated team environment
What you’ll bring Experience working with Rangatahi/Teen Parents
Empathy, patience, and strong relationship‑building skills
Confidence using computers and digital systems
Full, clean NZ driver licence
Strong grounding in Te Ao Māori values and tikanga
