Responsibilities
• Provide customer service for our Front Counter based Dargaville Police Station
• Approach challenging situations with professionalism, respect, empathy, and positivity
• Welcome customers and handle their enquiries appropriately
• Provide operational and administrational support to Police
• Front counter customer service, data entry, use of Police systems, typing, and file management
Requirements
• Dealing with challenging individuals in a customer service environment
• Knowledge of computer applications, particularly NIA and Microsoft suites
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize workflow and manage time effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a driver's license
