We are currently seeking an energetic, passionate Sales Assistant for our Queensgate Lower Hutt store.
This is a casual role and we are seeking someone with lots of flexibility to work weekdays, late nights, and weekends.
We are looking for a trustworthy, well-presented, reliable person. The ideal candidate has lots of positivity, energy, and loves customers as this will allow them to be successful.
The role:
Achieve personal sales targets by achieving excellence in customer satisfaction.
Contribute and add value to the team by demonstrating a willing "can-do" attitude.
Support your team.
Be the happy face of Pascoes.
Full Sale and Product Knowledge training provided.
Flexible to cover shifts at late notice would be ideal.
Regular paid staff meeting once a month.
About you:
You will be energetic and enthusiastic - a real "people" person.
Must love interacting with the public and helping customers find their perfect item.
Responsible, honest, and enjoy building relationships with existing staff is a must.
You will be professionally presented and well-spoken.
Have enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty, and pride in the store.
