All about the job This is an exciting opportunity for you to use your education background and work in the engaging teaching environment at Pātaka Art + Museum. This is a fixed-term role ending in December 2025. You will be responsible for: Planning and facilitating education with school groups onsite at Pātaka Art + Museum. Providing ākonga with access to the culture and heritage of the community. Bringing a friendly and engaging approach to teaching. All about you It would be fabulous if you have experience teaching outside of the classroom and a passion for art and cultural heritage. You’ll need to show us that you: Have a relevant teaching qualification. Have experience working with a wide range of students (preschool to year 13). Have strong administrative skills and a creative streak. Enjoy working with people and have an engaging approach to teaching. Have a working knowledge of national curricula. Have a can-do attitude. Will work as a team player to ensure our ākonga have a great experience.
