We are looking for Urgent Care trained doctors or doctors with equivalent experience to join our highly skilled, vibrant team in Porirua, at Kenepuru Accident and Medical Clinic based at Kenepuru Hospital. The clinic sees approximately 36,000 patients per annum and services the population of the Porirua basin. It is staffed by Capital & Coast employed nurses and administrative staff. The service is an RNZCUC accredited clinic, employs Urgent Care Physicians, and contracts with independent medical staff, linking with local GPs to cover the roster. We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following skills/experience: Registered with the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ)Urgent Care Physicians/Trainees GPs confident in Urgent Care Ability to work independently Set and maintain consistently high standards of medical care Relevant training and experience Capital, Coast and Hutt Valley district is located centrally in Wellington and has over 6,000 full-time equivalent staff, making us one of the major employers in the Wellington region.
