Our Copper Beech and Henry Street boutique centres are located in the heart of Queenstown, providing safe and welcoming spaces. We are seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Centre Manager to lead a fully staffed, well-established, and high-performing team. As Assistant Manager, you will support the Centre Manager in daily operations, ensuring high-quality education and care, and leading educators. This is a permanent, full-time position starting in May 2025. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in managing the daily operations of the Henry Street Centre to maintain high standards of care and education, and ensure the centre functions as a successful business. Develop and implement strategic and annual operational plans to promote ongoing growth and improvement. Lead and manage the personnel employed at the centre effectively. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: NZ Teacher registration with supporting teaching qualifications (e.g., BA and/or MBA). Ability to inspire confidence in children and parents.
