Te Whatu Ora HealthNew Zealand (Nelson Marlborough) formerly NMDHBNelson locationFull-time, permanent (1.0 FTE), 80 hours per fortnight Ngā mōhiohio e pā ana ki tēnei mahi(About this position) Thisdistrict-wide position based in Nelson exists to plan, lead and coordinate theimplementation, maintenance and monitoring of strategies to manage district-wideplanned care service delivery in accordance with the objectives of Te Whatu Ora/ Health NZ. This rolewill involve process and data entry quality improvement work, a high level ofdata analysis and liaison with key stakeholders.You willensure that Planned Care is well co-ordinated across services and the region,there is equity across our district in terms of access and delivery, and thatwhen we commit to patients we deliver against that commitment. You willalso be responsible for the visibility of all Planned Care activity andperformance and will work in partnership with all Service Managers, Clinicians,Administrative staff to take a co-ordinated approach to service planning anddelivery. You will become integral in linking with the regional planned careoperational teams to ensure alignment.This is a permanent,full-time position working 80 hours a fortnight. Experience in project management and systems development, as well as the ability to think laterally and integrate different levels of perspective are essential to the role.The successful candidate must beeligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ work visa at the time ofapplying.
