Job description Registry Officer Government sector based in Wellingto Full Time - 3 Month contract position Client Details Great opportunity has become available within a reputable Government Department, who is on the lookout for an experienced Registry Officer.
Key accountabilities Daily switchboard phone calls for the Centre Phone messages for Staff are taken and delivered.
Processing phone money.
Verifying phone numbers and adding them to the Account.
General purchases.
Payroll. Provides customer service to all stakeholders.
All daily courier bookings are made, and deliveries accepted.
All incoming mail is accepted, recorded, and distributed.
All outgoing mail is gathered, recorded, and remitted.
Records management.
Assist with fleet management.
Bookings of visitors when required.
Any other administrative functions as required by the Administration Team.
