Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) Our client, a leading Telecommunications product leader known for its groundbreaking products and services, is looking for a Human Resources Administrator who will play a crucial role in supporting their HR processes and maintaining a high standard of service, documentation, and compliance. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about HR, we want you to be a part of their team. Key Responsibilities: As a Human Resources Administrator, your key responsibilities will include: Supporting the recruitment process by ensuring all processes and approvals are adhered to while maintaining accurate and prompt documentation and service. Administering employee payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Conducting regular data audits to maintain data integrity. Maintaining accurate employee information within personnel files and the HRIS/payroll databases while ensuring compliance with privacy legislation. Supporting regional and global HR initiatives as required. Collaborating with HR and management teams to address HR-related queries and issues. Qualifications and Experience: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Experience in the telecommunications or IT sector is preferable. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy. Knowledge of HR processes and best practices. Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration. Understanding of privacy legislation and data protection.
