Description
We are currently looking for more candidates to join our candidate pool of Executive Assistants and Personal Assistants as we come into an exceptionally busy time. Currently we have multiple roles in permanent/temporary and public/private sectors.

General main duties include:
Full diary management
Coordinating meetings, travel bookings, event bookings, airport transfers etc.
Provide high-level confidential executive support
Maintain good working knowledge of current matters
Liaise effectively and communicate with internal and external parties
Preparing agendas
Supporting the wider team
Roles we are currently recruiting for:
Permanent- $65k PA position based in Newtown. Great step up role for a good administrator
EA- permanent- $68-92k. Good for a senior EA who wants to take the next step in their career
EA- Temp role 3 months $45-55ph- A 3 month assignment in a busy space with opportunity to grow
To be successful you will have;
Previous EA/PA experience or senior administration experience
Excellent organization and administration skills to support managers
Diary management and multitasking abilities
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient MS suite skills and excellent writing skills
