Administrator - Housing SupportAbout the roleThe purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the General Manager Housing Services, the Street to Home team, and the Supportive Housing team, as well as the Quality Manager. This role will provide exceptional administrative support to operational leaders, staff, and management. The role will be central to ensuring that all internal and external meeting are prioritised, minutes are recorded and up to date, and processes and projects relevant to these services are provided with adequate administrative support. Duties Provide efficient and timely administrative support to the Street to Home and Supportive Housing teams as required Support & organise staff training and professional development activities as directed and in consultation with the People & Culture team and other relevant stakeholders Schedule internal and external meetings and be the point of contact when management is unavailable Collate information and prepare reports for management to meet all reporting requirement and deadline Support and manage adhoc projects as directed by managementSkills & Experience Relevant tertiary study with a focus on business administration A clean full drivers' license Proficient in MS Office Empathy and understanding of issues of poverty and homelessness is essential Experience within a residential care environment would be an advantage Benefits Career development opportunities within the organisation Work with a collaborative and supportive team Join a highly respected community organisationAbout the organisationAuckland City Mission - Te Tapui Atawhai supports Aucklanders in greatest need.
