Based at our offices in Royal Oak, Auckland, you will proactively contribute to the implementation of marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales and marketing objectives and have ownership of assigned projects/brands as applicable. In this role, you will:

Have hands on responsibility for key marketing programs for some of our biggest brands including Weet-Bix and UP& GO. Be involved in key activity with our biggest sponsorship partners including the Weet-Bix Kids TRYathlon as well as our Weet-Bix ambassadors. Complete marketing projects; incl NPD, consumer promotions and events. Assist in implementing marketing and brand plans and strategies, and creative campaign development. Prepare the product and event marketing calendar, and co-ordinate associated marketing activities. Monitor, evaluate and present campaign and brand performance indicators. Assist in presenting, recommending, and managing allocated budgets.
About you

We expect you are a well organised, strongly customer focused individual, known for your self-motivated and positive attitude, demonstrating:

A university degree with marketing major, and 2 years marketing experience. Exposure to NPD and media and promotional campaign management, and a variety of creative marketing techniques. Strong communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills. Excellent skills in analysing, collating, and presenting brand performance indicators. Previous field sales or category experience, preferably within FMCG or related industry, would be an advantage.
