Offering full maintenance, repair and overhaul services, parts supply and aircraft sales and leasing with bases at Auckland, Hamilton, Queenstown, Pretoria and Boulder City in Nevada, USA. We are a company that is continuously developing our people, expanding our capability and supporting the aviation industry globally. About the role: Due to internal promotion and a growth period in the business we are looking for someone to take over from our exceptional Administrator. With a full hand over and training, this role is responsible for working closely with the engineers who are carrying out part out activities and also to work in with the wider Asset Life cycle team on managing an efficient repair cycle and the supplier core return process for the business. What you will be doing: Opening and closing jobs within the ERP system File closed jobs in line with business procedures. Generate purchase orders and invoices as required. Keeping a daily overview of the cost on jobs, progress outstanding purchase orders. Locating parts in the warehouse Ensure the timely entry and allocation of hours in Quantum & Zambion. Organise parts going out on repair orders. Raising Repair Orders incl. technical assessment of work required incl. SB & AD requirements, life remaining etc. Ensure that goods repaired / purchased are from approved suppliers. Liaise with the relevant department and supplier to return cores to the supplier within the supplier defined timeframe. About You: Being busy and getting on with things is second nature to you and you have no problems managing your own workload - and making sure those around you are getting on with theirs! We are looking for: At least 2 years previous relevant experience within a similar industry Previous experience in ERP software, Quantum (or equivalent) A very high level of attention to detail and able to achieve exceptionally high levels of accuracy Excellent time management and task organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure. Consistently set high standards for own performance, demonstrates enthusiasm for the job and takes responsibility for successfully completing tasks.
