The Role

Are you an experienced Communications and Engagement professional ready to drive change within a large, complex organization?

You will be responsible for developing and executing internal stakeholder communications and engagement activities. You'll play a key role in helping people understand what is happening and how it impacts them by delivering high-quality, consistent messages across a range of channels. This position involves creating a variety of communication content, from project updates and newsletters to intranet content. You will also be responsible for assisting with stakeholder engagement to gain support for the project and managing the impact of change through proactive communication. Key Requirements Proven experience in hands-on delivery of communications and stakeholder engagement for large, complex transformation projects. Excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences. Proficiency in communication tools and platforms, including content management systems and graphic design. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain constructive relationships at all levels. A tertiary qualification in a commercial discipline, communications, journalism, or marketing, or five years of relevant experience. On Offer A 6-month initial contract role with the opportunity for extension. Work in Auckland with a hybrid working model.
