Data-Driven Creativity: Utilise data analytics to uncover consumer insights, guiding the development of innovative and effective communication solutions. Multi-Platform Creative Execution: Instil a behaviour that puts digital execution first and create innovative digital assets that can live across various platforms, ensuring cohesive messaging and creativity to optimise performance. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, providing strategic counsel and demonstrating the value of data-informed creative strategies in the digital space. Industry Leadership: Stay abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies, integrating relevant innovations to enhance our service offerings and market position. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field; or A deep understanding of emerging technology & digital assets. A minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within an advertising agency. Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital strategies that blend data insights with creative execution. Strong understanding of digital platforms, tools, and best practices. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
