Our Business Analysts are Agile-first and work cross functionally and flexibly across a diverse range of business areas and products, contributing to transformation activity that will bring value to our customers. You will have the opportunity to Carry out high standards of requirements elicitation, analysis, specification and management, validating projects & business cases Work closely with a broad stakeholder community to develop business cases for a variety of large or complex projects Monitor implementation of business requirements during delivery lifecycles, ensuring initial business outcomes are delivered upon Collaborate with experience & innovation teams to build exceptional customer/employee experience understanding, and use appropriate tools, techniques and artefacts to present and document outcomes What you’ll bring to ZBusiness Analysis experience within an Agile environment, with proven track record of creating actionable insights, strategies and business plans within large scale, complex enterprises Strong problem solving and practical decision-making skills, able to evaluate product specifications, and make reasonable decisions based on large data sets Excellent communication and leadership capabilities – able to convey meaning to others verbally and in writing, proactive with knowledge sharing and an active listener And of course, you’ll be passionate about what matters to Z, embracing and living our values to help us deliver on our aspirations and broader commitment to Aotearoa New Zealand.
