Are you keen to join the aim'n fam and work with us in the Concept Store in Mount Maunganui? We have a part-time Retail Sales Assistant position available in our amazing store and we would love to hear from you.The Retail Assistant will be responsible for:
- Greeting and attending to customers assisting them to find the right products through technical education and connection.
-Meeting and exceeding sales targets set as part of the team.
- Responsible for processing cash and card payments and dealing with refunds.
- Navigating and managing customer complaints as they arise.
- Stocking shelves, working as part of the team with overall stock control and management. Eg: receiving, unpacking, pricing and de stocking excess product.
- Visual Merchandising adjustments and actions as directed by the Store Manager.
Keeping the store tidy and clean, using the open and close duties list daily.
- Working within established brand guidelines when communicating in store or via online channels. Responding to social media requests/queries from store Instagram page.
- Keeping up to date with special promotions across all channels.
- Responsible for security within the store and awareness around shoplifters and fraudulent credit cards etc.
- Actively suggesting ways to improve and support business success.
- Maintaining a positive outlook and mindset around possibility.
We are looking for someone to work either Saturday or Sunday (negotiable for the right person) and ideally with some flexibility during the week.
