Your unique contribution

Due to internal promotion, we are looking for a Field Sales Manager to join the Commercial team based in our Christchurch office. This is a leadership role and provides scope to further grow an individual’s career and progress within the business.

Reporting into the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the management and development of a Field Team in the South Island. This includes coaching, feedback, guidance and support through effective management and the achievement of individual and team goals, objectives and sales targets.

Lead, motivate and influence the team to achieve the trading objectives and revenue targets


Ensure achievement of key metrics


Develop strong relationships with key customers


Foster a culture of teamwork, conviviality and entrepreneurship to improve business effectiveness and the commitment to the results.


Achieve agreed net sales revenue and volume growth targets
