As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll be a key member of our Talent Team, supporting all aspects of our recruitment activities. Your responsibilities will include:
Creating and posting Job adverts on various platforms to attract top talent
Coordinating interviews and maintaining clear communication with candidates
Manage the recruitment inbox and ensuring a smooth workflow
Generate reports on recruitment metrics and activities
Continuously improving our recruitment processes for greater efficiency
Delivering a positive customer experience across all your interactions

Ideally, you’ll be tertiary qualified or have relevant experience in recruitment along with:
At least three years of experience in recruitment administration or coordination
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Great communication skills and the ability to create appealing recruitment content
A customer-focused approach and a knack for problem-solving
Knowledge of NZ Employment legislation is a plus
