  • Our client – a leader in their field with a strong reputation for quality service, are seeking an efficient switched on team member who can shift quickly from one task to another.

    You will need to be somebody who thrives on responsibility, is confident and capable. Having the ability to juggle numerous tasks, cope with interruption and stay calm in a pressured environment is an absolute must. Prioritising tasks, re-assigning job schedules and liaising with people will fill your day along with various adhoc duties.

    Ideally, you will be self-managing, resourceful and able to work collaboratively to achieve results. This role requires someone who can bring enthusiasm and energy to the role, work proactively and be able to respond with a sense of urgency to change.

    Responsibilities include:

  • Telephone and email management
  • Create, schedule, distribute jobs and coordinate maintenance team
  • Invoice, receipt and process invoices
  • Create and send estimates/quotes
  • Organise warranties and process insurance claims
  • New staff induction documentation
  • Administer and review Health & Safety and Wellbeing policies, on site visits
  • Vehicle compliance management and coordination
  • Update SOPs, Manuals, Emergency Plans and any other documents
  • Social media and website maintenance, quarterly newsletters and advertising coordination
  • General Administration, office stationery and uniform management
  • Attributes and Skills required:

  • Open, transparent and upfront communications
  • Efficient and ability to work with a sense of urgency when required
  • Highly organised and can switch quickly between tasks
  • Ability to take ownership and be accountable
  • Commitment to the job
  • Willing team player with flexibility to help out
  • Keenness and great attitude to work
