Te Whiwhinga mahi| The opportunity The purpose of this role is to ensure the effective delivery and management of M365 - MS Azure and cloud-based solutions across the Transport Agency. You will be responsible for day to day technology environment management, monitoring of technology hardware operations including incident response through to restoration of services - this includes both traditional on-premises hardware and cloud-based infrastructure. You will ensure service integrity and quality of technology operations and support meets agreed business outcomes. We are looking for an effective communicator with excellent collaboration and relationship management skills. Kokoetenei| About you To be successful in this role, you will bring: At least 5 years significant experience in technology infrastructure operations teams: MS Server and M365 Applications - level 2 and 3. Experience administration and maintenance of: MS Teams, MS Azure and MS Defender Experience in maintenance activities including security patching Experience in on-premise service technologies Knowledge and experience in the use of multiple modern operations methodologies You will demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Maori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Maori. You will also have knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an appreciation of te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public sector.
