This Supervisor/ Team Leader is responsible for leading a small team of employees, overseeing and participating in the day-to-day operations and growth of the of the showroom, E-commerce site, and Mobile Van Services. A key focus to Equip, Enable & Empower consumers with quality equipment and products, remaining the leading provider of Assistive & Rehabilitative Technology in Northland. This retail service is operates from Monday to Friday.Core objectives include: Be a positive role model, leading a formidable team in health & disability, wellbeing sector. Participating in the day-today running of EQ+ (Showroom, E-commerce & Mobile Van Services as a high standard adhering to all processes.Understand and support the preparation of annual budgets for EQ+ with the Management Team. Monitor the spending and sales revenue monthly to ensure the budget is met and/or exceeded.Maintain professional working relationships/partnerships with suppliers and external stakeholders. Source and purchase quality products and equipment at competitive supplier prices.Ensuring internal and external reporting requirements are completed to a high standard of accuracy and within specified timeframes.Support the increase growth of EQ+ through marketing and advertising strategies.Be an integral member of the NorthAble's Leadership Team.Other Duties:Approve monthly payable accounts for payment.Management of retail and E-commerce administration, hardware, and software to ensure ongoing operational and improvements. Attending and assisting at Trade Fairs/Expos and presentations as required.Accurate Inventory Management.Conduct monthly team and individual employee meetings and performance appraisal reviews setting individual KPIs.Comply with NorthAble Health & Safety policies and the requirements/standards for retail along with managing equipment in the health sector.Review all related documents, policies, procedures and processes as part of NorthAble Quality Assurance Programme.Manage and maintain the Hire Equipment follow NZ standards.Manage and administrate the E-commerce sites, including shopping applications on digital and social media platforms. Regular updating the website ensuring it is top of mind and ratings. Maintaining relationships and networking in the local business community, suppliers, and other related bodiesCarry out deliveries as requiredBe the for front of the NorthAble EQ+ brandManage and maintain relationships with NorthAble EQ+ agenciesImplementation and reviewing NorthAble EQ+ Business PlanCompetencies:Ability to manage changing priorities and meet deadlines, showing initiative. An ability to drive sales and customer services.A keen eye for detail with a high degree of accuracy.A good written and oral communicator along with confident in speaking with the public and in group presentations.Demonstrated ability to be diplomatic and collaborate with others at all levels - demonstrating good team work.Intermediate skills in a range of IT applications, including Microsoft OfficeAbility to use initiative and sound judgement, meet multiple demands and handle work pressure.An ability to anticipate needs and self-manage your workload.An ability to do physical activity.Strategic & Analytical thinking.Astute Business awareness.
