Job Title: Aluminium Fabricator We are seeking Aluminium Fabricators to join Extrastaff Limited. Our expanding business values organized, trustworthy individuals who take pride in quality workmanship. Motivation and result-driven attitudes are essential. Flexibility to work across various locations in New Zealand is preferred. Responsibilities: Study and interpret job sheet drawings and specifications to determine requirements. Complete work according to drawings and schedule set by the Factory Manager. Follow company procedures and training for: Prepping aluminium stock Cutting aluminium with hand tools and machines Assembling parts, joining metals using various techniques Fixing hardware and fitting liners Glazing and finishing products Managing stores and raw materials Handling waste by-products Install aluminium structures and cladding onsite. Maintain equipment and tools. Keep work areas tidy and safe. Attend to workstation safety and equipment checks. Report maintenance or safety issues. Assist colleagues and move frames within the factory. Load/unload vehicles and assist with deliveries and on-site frame movements. Conduct stock takes and maintain cleanliness. Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as required. Perform other duties related to aluminium fabrication. Skills and Experience: At least 1+ years in metal fabrication or relevant field; willing to learn for minimal experience candidates. Friendly, punctual, with a strong work ethic. Committed to learning and professional development. Knowledge of health and safety procedures. Reliable and diligent. Conditions: Pay: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour. Hours: Minimum 30 hours guaranteed weekly. Location: Multiple locations across New Zealand including Auckland, Wellington, Canterbury, and others. This is a permanent, full-time role.
