Responsibilities include preparing design and construction documents for client presentations, bidding, and construction. Responsibilities Prepare detailed construction documents for bidding and construction. Create detailed and rough-scale plans for structures, foundations, and buildings based on preliminary concepts, sketches, specifications, engineering calculations, and other data. Manage all architectural phases from concept through punch list. Integrate survey data, project documentation, and applicable codes into design. Maintain relationships with clients and consultants. Participate in business development activities. Education & Skills Candidate must have a four-year degree in architecture and be licensed in Delaware. Proficiency in Auto CAD (Architectural Desktop), Revit (BIM), and other relevant tools for creating presentations and construction drawings is required.
