We're setting up a brand-new headless CMS, and we need a hands-on specialist to lead the charge.
You'll be part of a project team shaping how content is structured, managed, and delivered across My Lotto's website and app — with future channels in sight.
You'll build the foundations: smart workflows, approval processes, and content hubs that make My Lotto experiences high-quality, accessible, and personalised.
You'll be the go-to for making the CMS hum and helping others get the best out of it.
On top of that, you'll play a key role in content creation — from page layout and asset briefing to writing short-form copy and making sure everything meets top standards for accessibility, usability, and SEO.
Strong SEO know-how is a must, both technically and creatively, to keep us ahead of the curve.
Your Team You'll work in a supportive, forward-thinking team, get stuck into meaningful projects, and grow your expertise in a space that's evolving fast.
If you're ready to make a real difference in digital delivery, this is the role for you.
This is your chance to shape how digital content is delivered at Lotto NZ — from the ground up.
You'll lead the rollout of a new headless CMS, work with cutting-edge personalisation tools, and create content that reaches millions.
It's a role where strategy meets creativity, and where your skills will directly impact how Kiwis experience My Lotto.
A Bit About You You're a digital all-rounder with 4–5 years' experience making content work smarter.
You know your way around headless CMS platforms (bonus points for Contentful), and you've got solid HTML/CSS skills to back it up.
You understand how personalisation tools like Salesforce can elevate the experience, and you're across SEO — from site architecture to how LLMs like Chat GPT are changing the game.
You're detail-driven, great at documenting processes, and confident creating landing pages that tick all the boxes for UX, accessibility, and SEO.
You can write sharp, user-focused copy, and while design skills are a plus, they're not a must.
You've worked with analytics, A/B testing, and agile teams, and you know how to plan ahead, brief clearly, and get things done.
