About the opportunity Sitting within Fonterra's Strategy and Optimisation business unit, and managing our high performing Analytics Engineering team, you will be a strategic thought leader for our global data operations. The goal? The delivery of scalable and reliable data products, data pipelines, models and visualisations to support the diverse data needs of the Global Markets, Innovation and Brand and Strategy and Optimisation business units. But what really sets this position apart is your ability to be a trailblazer, solving business problems with innovative, fit for purpose solutions utilising a myriad of analytics tools. You will work closely with business leaders and technical experts, internally and externally, to optimise data management and ensure high data quality and accessibility across our Co-op. About you You are a visionary leader with a strong technical foundation and outstanding communication skills to influence effectively. Your experience in data design, architecture and data engineering make you an expert in assessing and translating analytics business cases and providing technical guidelines for implementations. You have a proven track record in navigating large, complex organisations and providing innovative solutions that drive success.
