Your role: Architect and implement a comprehensive business systems strategy that enhances and optimises the experience for our internal staff and delivers customer benefits. Lead initiatives aimed at business system effectiveness, innovation, and enriched customer engagement. Cultivate a pervasive security-conscious culture, ensuring best practices are embedded throughout our operations. Oversee and streamline service desk operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues and top-tier customer service. Qualifications & Experience : Extensive experience in leadership roles focusing on technology, IT, business systems, and cybersecurity. Demonstrable track record of optimizing business systems and strengthening digital security measures. In-depth understanding of service industries, with the ability to adapt and innovate as per evolving industry demands. Proven experience in managing service desk operations, with a focus on customer satisfaction and efficient issue resolution.
