What you will be doing
With several transformational projects underway we are looking for an Integrated Business Planning Stream Lead to join our dedicated Supply Chain Transformation Team on a 3-year fixed term contract.
You will be working closely with a range of stakeholders across the business to improve and imbed Sales and Operations Planning and Integrated Business Planning processes and tools. You will drive alignment and continuous improvement across teams.
Your strong commercial and leadership experience will ensure that New Zealand Steel sees growth, profit increase and improved customer service by encouraging the business to make pro-active, timely and joint business decisions.
What you will bring to the role
You will be a clear and influential communicator who is collaborative and adaptable with the ability to build swift trust and meaningful relationships across the business.
You will be commercially savvy and enjoy having a view across the entire business whilst being detail focused. Knowledge of steel building products and the market is preferred.
You will need to be someone who likes a challenge, you will enjoy the opportunity to seek and identify new and innovative ways to work smarter and deliver results.
