This IT Analyst II Windchill position is responsible for leading the efforts to create, maintain, and support users in business processes and manage system changes to these processes. Overall, this role is critical to AGCO success supporting the needs of our users and enabling robust processes and workflows in Windchill to support these users. Candidate will be responsible for requirement definition, design, system configuration, development, testing, and documentation. Candidate must also be capable of receiving problem tickets then executing root cause analysis, and then develop a resolution plan. Role will support existing processes and workflows, in addition to developing new processes. What you will do: Projects Collaborate with key business resources on requirements gathering, solution design (FD), configuration (SPRO), testing, user acceptance, implementation, and documentation. Understand and translate business concepts to executable functional designs; execute these functional designs in form of system configurations or developments which aligns with solution and is compatible with overall architecture. Develop and deploy configuration and code in compliance with both industry and AGCO best practices. Develop and keep updated, functional design documents and testing scripts ensuring scripts are aligned with current system design and business practices. Plan, prepare and execute testing plans including unit, functional, and user acceptance. Assist with estimations of new developments and enhancement requests (costs, benefits, resources). Support & Change Management Resolve incidents and complete service requests to the agreed service levels (SLA) Execute root cause analysis for incidents received, then develop and present options for resolution. Work with the Azure DevOps system to track system changes and coordinate the deployment of these changes to production or test systems Monitor performance and provide responsive action to issues maintaining high-level internal customer satisfaction to required service level performance measures, through the successful resolution of customer requests/issues/change requests. Compliance Ensure individual and team compliance with all AGCO policies and procedures including Sarbanes Oxley, IT and Security. Follow established governance processes and standards. What you will bring: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar equivalent experience 4+ years of PTC Windchill system administration experience Experience creating and managing complex workflows Experience developing code to solve issues using Java/Java Scripting, RestAPIs, Info*Engine or PTC Thingworx/Navigate Travel Required: Estimated travel to be 5-10% of the time.
