What is this role about?
This is a fun but essential role to Skinny. It's a contracted full-time role for 12 months (with the opportunity to make it permanent) that coordinates a range of marketing projects across all Skinny social channels from concept through production and interaction with our social audience. This role will involve stakeholder management with your Skinny Brand Partner & the Skinny Marketing Squad and there will be heavy liaison with the Skinny Social Care team, Performance Marketing and Corporate Relations. This role also exists to feed insights back to the Customer and Brand Experience Tribes in terms of trends, culture and sentiment.

Key responsibilities of this role:
Work in collaboration with the relevant squads in the Brand Experience Tribe to design and implement integrated brand campaigns across social platforms
Work with our agency and in-house partners to ensure all creative is fit for channel
Manage community conversation on all social platforms, engaging in an authentic and informative way while upholding Skinny's unique tone of voice
Ensure that results are actively communicated in an effective and timely manner and that these inform future activity.
Managing & optimising the Skinny Social marketing budget & campaign calendar
Step into supporting brand ATL campaigns where needed
What are we looking for?
3+ years' experience in a marketing/social media environment
Experience using Facebook Business Manager and a good understanding of all major social channels
Confidence writing agency briefs and giving constructive feedback
Confidence liaising with internal and external stakeholders to achieve a good outcome
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in online conversation
Ideally experience in Photoshop CC and basic video editing skills
 What do you need to be able to bring?
You'll need to be a team player who is open to Spark's Agile way of working
Happy to work on your own online and in a busy office setting
Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines
Comfortable asking for help when needed
Comfortable in a fluid environment where change happens often
Happy to demonstrate Skinny's brand spirit in everything that we do - Skinny is not your average corporate brand
